The Blessed Trinity Family of Corpus Christi, St. John Neumann, and St. John the Baptist, Dry Ridge Parishes, is seeking a full time Associate Director of Children’s Evangelization. This person accompanies children, grades PK-5, and their families through a discipleship path, so that they encounter Jesus and become missionary disciples. Responsibilities include: Sacramental Preparation for the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion for public school children, provide a variety of evangelization initiatives to children and their families, coordinates programs with the Family School and other responsibilities as assigned. Candidate must complete and maintain SafeParish training and a background check and must be willing to attain a Professional Catechist with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Strongly prefer a BA in Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies, Theology, Religion Education, or related field or commensurate ministry experience. Must have a broad understanding of, and ability to articulate Church teaching.

Located in Fairfield OH, Glenmary Home Missioners is seeking a Director of Evangelization.  The person in this position will promote the evangelization of non-Christians* by directing and supervising efforts toward, and personally being involved in, deepening relationships, promoting dialogue, living charity, and prophetically and prudently sharing the fullness of the gospel, with non-Christians. This position, within Glenmary, is one of leadership ministry, under the supervision of the Chair of the Evangelization Commission (or delegate), and in collaboration with the Commission.

* The target audience for this position is non-Christians. This target audience is delineated as individuals who self-identify, or are living, as ‘unaffiliated,’ ‘unchurched,’ or NONEs (indicating that they have no religious preference), even though they may have some background in Christianity. Though the Director of Evangelization will likely engage ‘inactive’ Catholics, this group is not the primary audience for this position.

St. Gabriel Parish (Glendale), a member of the Tri-County Catholics family of parishes, is seeking a full-time time assistant of music and liturgy.

Primary responsibilities are to play for the three weekend liturgies – Saturday at 5 p.m., Sunday at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. – and to conduct one weekly rehearsal with cantors and other musicians. Currently there is a small choir which sings for the Sunday 10 a.m. Mass. Plan and play funerals and weddings with the families.  Training and development of liturgical ministers both at St. Gabriel and St. Michael (Sharonville) parishes.

The candidate must have proficiency in organ, piano and voice, with knowledge of the Catholic liturgy and good pastoral skills. The successful candidate is a team person, working with the staff members of the parish, as well as others in our family of parishes. Salary and benefits commensurate with qualifications and experience.

St. Gabriel has a 3 manual 6-rank Wicks pipe organ with Walker digital stops equivalent to 36-40 ranks. It was built in 2003. Both the organ and an upright piano are in the choir loft.
