St. Boniface School is searching for a reliable and trustworthy Preschool Teacher or Aide to join our Pre-Primary team.  Applicants must have a focus on developing the social, physical, intellectual, and emotional skills of our 3 and 4 year olds. Candidate should be able to create a nurturing, stimulating classroom where every child feels included.

Requirements: For a teacher, a Bachelor’s degree. For an aide: minimal HS Diploma. Both positions must currently have or willing to create an account in OCCRRA.  Must have/be willing to take Mandatory Classes in OCCRRA: Ohio’s Overview of Child Development, Ohio’s Approach to Quality, ODE Orientation Training, Child Abuse, Communicable Disease, First Aid, CPR.

Candidates will need to complete SafeParish Training, a background check, and fingerprinting prior to the start of work.

Campus ministers have constant and direct contact with our students, creating an exciting and energizing work environment. The Associate Director of Social Mission – St. Xavier Church is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of St. Xavier Church’s social mission and outreach initiatives related to the Jesuit’s Universal Apostolic Preference 2, Walking with the Excluded. With the support and oversight of the Parish Family Director of Sustainability and Social Mission, the Associate Director helps to coordinate anti-poverty initiatives, service opportunities, and the Ignatius House project that hosts migrant families as they stabilize. This position employs the latest digital tools and community organizing best practices to draw new and current parishioners into further in-person encounters with the social mission of the Church.
