The Administrative Coordinator provides support for the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor Congregational and Local Leadership and Sisters. Coordinates and executes work, projects and events. Prepares, distributes, retains materials and files. Manages time-sensitive needs and highly confidential materials relating to legal and administrative functions of the Congregation. Safeguards the confidentiality of information in all aspects of daily duties. The Maintenance Technician  supports the mission of the Catholic Church by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role is responsible for maintaining the school building and grounds, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and upholding the cleanliness of all facilities. As part of a Catholic school, the Maintenance Technician may also help support special events and services in line with the school’s Catholic values.
