The Franciscan Parish at St. Clement Church in St. Bernard is seeking to hire a full-time Faith Formation Director. A candidate needs to be fluent in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include directing Children’s Faith Formation in both languages, Sacramental preparation, OCIA for an English group and Spanish group. St. Clement is a parish of about 500 families, a recent amalgamation of St. Clement and St. Francis Seraph. Ideally, some adult education offerings would also be arranged. Work with a Pastor, a half-time Parochial Vicar and other office personnel.

The Director of Evangelization & Marriage Ministries (DEMM) is a key member of the Jesuit Parish Family (JPF), serving under the Pastor’s leadership to foster strong marriages, families, and a vibrant culture of evangelization.

We are seeking a passionate, relational, and mission-driven leader who embodies genuine hospitality and steadfast leadership. The ideal candidate welcomes people with genuine care, builds authentic relationships in the community, and provides clear direction in advancing the Pastor’s vision for the parish family.

Initially, the DEMM’s primary focus will be Marriage Ministries and Family Outreach. The DEMM will accompany couples and families in their vocation, provide pastoral care and faith formation, and support the JPF’s Marriage Enrichment Teams in developing and implementing programs, retreats, and events.

As the role develops, its scope will expand to include Evangelization. The DEMM will help carry forward the Pastor’s vision by creating pathways for parishioners to experience ongoing conversion, grow as disciples, and deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Throughout both phases, the DEMM will collaborate with parish staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers—providing encouragement, direction, and formation to cultivate a parish culture marked by hospitality, accompaniment, discernment, spiritual growth and missionary discipleship.

The Stewardship Department is seeking a full-time Stewardship & Development Communications Manager to lead all marketing and communications activities for the Stewardship Department, with a primary focus on the Catholic Ministries Appeal (CMA) and Parish Stewardship initiatives.

This position is responsible for developing and producing content across multiple platforms, including print, email, websites, social media, video, photography, and other digital channels, drawing upon Catholic teaching and resources to inspire gratitude and generosity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, videography, photography, and graphic design skills, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software). Experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, and content development for fundraising or stewardship programs is a plus.

Must be a practicing Roman Catholic. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least three years of professional experience in communications, marketing, stewardship, development, or a related field.

Long-Term Substitute: Science (Chemistry)

Position Overview Ursuline Academy is seeking a dedicated and engaging educator to serve as a Long-Term Substitute in the Science Department. This position begins late October/early November 2026 and runs through mid-December 2026 (approximately 4–8 weeks, with exact start and end dates somewhat fluid based on medical scheduling and recovery). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a rigorous and supportive learning environment that aligns with our commitment to academic excellence and student-centered instruction.
Key Responsibilities
• Instructional Delivery: Teach a full course load of Honors Chemistry.
• Engaging & Safe Lab Instruction: Design and facilitate engaging, hands-on learning experiences that promote scientific inquiry while maintaining department safety protocols, proper chemical handling, and lab prep/cleanup standards.
• Assessment & Grading: Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work and maintain accurate records within the school’s grading platform.
• Classroom Environment: Foster an inclusive classroom culture that encourages intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Science Department Lead to ensure curricular alignment and a smooth transition for students.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, or a related science field (Master’s degree in a relevant content area or Education preferred).
• Valid teaching license or substitute certification in the State of Ohio.
• Experience teaching at the secondary level.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with faculty and engaging with students.
