St. Francis de Sales Parish in Lebanon, OH seeks a Music Director\Organist. The Music Director position is supervised by the pastor. The director is responsible for the overall execution of the parish’s music program in line with applicable Church documents. The director plans and executes music for all weekend Masses, Wednesday School Mass, funerals/weddings and all major feast day services throughout the year. Additional responsibilities include scheduling cantors and recruiting, developing and directing both the adult and children’s choirs. The director holds choir practice once per week in the evening. Candidate should be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. Bilingual skills a plus. Experience in a parish a plus. Position could be part-time or full-time depending on the needs of the parish and skills/abilities of the applicant.

The Director of Development develops, plans and implements all facets of PCW’s efforts in the areas of fundraising, donor relations, marketing and public relations.  The Development Director works with the Executive Director to establish the Annual Budget, which is approved by the Board. The Development Director is expected to meet or exceed the Income goals set forth in the Budget while managing Development-related expenses within budgetary guidelines.  All activities of the Development Director must be consistent with the Catholic-centric Mission and Values of the organization, as the individual engages with PCW’s donors, supporters, and volunteers, including individuals, corporations, other organizations and churches.

Pregnancy Center West is searching for an Outreach Coordinator.  The primary duties of the Outreach Coordinator consist of presenting the Center’s chastity education program in local Catholic schools, as well as expanding our community reach by developing chastity education resources for local parents and parishes. The Outreach Coordinator will also be tasked with developing “in-house” chastity education resources to be utilized with clients. When present at the Center, the Outreach Coordinator will also be responsible for speaking with clients on the topic of chastity/self-respect/positive lifestyle choices when requested by volunteers or staff.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is actively seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Superintendent of Catholic Schools/Director of Educational Services. The Director works with the Archbishop and other Department Directors planning for and administering to the Archdiocese; supervises, coordinates, and develops programs, policies, and services for the Department of Educational Services. The Director advises the Archbishop on policy matters pertaining to the department and serves as the liaison to the broader community in Catholic education in the Archdiocese. The Director of the Department of Educational Services also serves as the Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Archdiocese. As Superintendent, the Director leads the Catholic Schools Office in providing leadership, support, and oversight of the Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese. Must have a strong commitment to Catholic education; be visionary and forward thinking. Must possess at least a master’s degree in educational administration (doctorate preferred); at least five years’ experience in Catholic school administration and management, preferably as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent; must be a practicing Catholic in communion with the Church. Must be able to obtain certification/licensure as a superintendent in the State of Ohio; be knowledgeable of local, state, and federal regulations; have experience with budget and fiscal planning, marketing and strategic enrollment management, donor relations, communication, educational best practices, and current opportunities and challenges impacting Catholic schools in Cincinnati. He/she must be knowledgeable of the State of Ohio’s unique relationship with non-public schools.
