St. Margaret of York Parish seeks to hire a full-time business manager. Responsibilities include maintenance of financial records, payroll, bank reconciliations, tuition management and collection, audit preparation, supervising third party facilities contracts. This position reports the Pastor and presents to the Finance Commission.  St. Margaret of York does offer a comprehensive benefits package for full time employees.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
– Proficiency in using software tools such as Paylocity, Gabrielle, QuickBooks, and FACTS.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent data analytical skills.
– Attentive to detail.
– Exceptional organizational skills.
– Ability to read contracts and manage Third Party Vendors.
– Experience in a Catholic or finance office is preferred.
