Finance and Bookkeeping:

  • Verify weekly cash deposits and recording of donations
  • Oversee weekly invoice and check processing, including compiling monthly credit card bills
  • Process payroll bi-weekly
  • Prepare year-end giving statements as requested
  • Assist finance committee with preparation of annual budget

Human Resources:

  • Assist in the process of new hires
  • Oversee medical, pension, disability, and other staff benefits

St. Margaret of York Parish, Loveland, Ohio is seeking to fill the full-time position of Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE). The CRE provides catechetical leadership and direction for parish youth faith formation, under the leadership of the Pastor.  The CRE coordinates faith formation for children in grades kindergarten to eighth grade for children not enrolled in the parish school and coordinates preparation for sacramental needs of 2nd grade students for First Reconciliation and First Communion.  The CRE oversees the staff of volunteer catechists. The Associate Director of Social Mission is responsible for the day-to-day management of a Jesuit Family of Parishes’ (Bellarmine Chapel and St. Xavier Church) social mission and outreach initiatives related to the Jesuit’s Universal Apostolic Preference 2, Walking with the Excluded.

With the support and oversight of the Director of Sustainability and Social Mission, the Associate Director works across a variety of related issue-areas, with a focus on addressing poverty, racism, immigration, people living with disabilities, etc.  This position employs the latest digital tools and community organizing best practices to draw new and current parishioners into further in-person encounters with the social mission of the Church. Bellarmine Chapel, a Catholic faith community located on the campus of Xavier University, is seeking a part-time Pastoral Assistant.

The Pastoral Assistant works with the Parish Life Director and the Pastor to provide direct personal outreach and pastoral care for the parishioners.  In terms of all long-range development of spiritual, social, educational  programs the Pastoral Assistant supports the Director of Parish Life and the Pastor in developing and maintaining programs and contact that enhance the engagement of the parishioners in parish life. Some of the responsibilities include hospital and sick visits, funeral and end of life care, catechesis and assistance with liturgical planning.

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry, or related field, Master’s or specialized training/education in pastoral ministry preferred.

The Community of the Good Shepherd is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance person who will work to maintain the buildings and equipment to provide continuous, effective operations and perform routine repairs. Candidates must have mechanical skills, i.e., electric/wiring, plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc., must be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects safely, and work independently. The person in this position will work closely with the Facility Director. Previous work experience should include comprehensive maintenance and cleaning plan for a large facility, ability to communicate tactfully and respectfully, and work in a cooperative way with pastor, parish staff members and parishioners. Qualified candidates should be flexible and able to prioritize tasks. All employees are subject to the Archdiocese child protection guidelines.
