The Director of Administration is a key member of the Family Leadership Team (FLT) and reports directly to the pastor.  The Director is responsible for effective administration and stewardship of the physical, financial, and human resources of the Family of Parishes (Family), supporting the pastor in his governance ministry.  The Director is to be aware of and manage to required Archdiocese standards and compliance requirements. The position serves all the 800 households in our family of parishes, plans and implements an annual budget for the entire family, and helps provide policies and procedures for a small number of staff and our four small church buildings and attached facilities and grounds.

Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes is NOW HIRING a Youth Ministry & Young Adult Coordinator in Miami County, Ohio!

The Youth Ministry & Young Adult Coordinator will joyfully mentor and form Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes’ (OLF) junior high and high school-aged students with Catholic formation and social engagements. The Coordinator will facilitate and arrange social and spiritual activities for the young adult community. This position reports to the Executive Director of Pastoral Services and will serve as a collaborative member of the parish team. OLF’s mission is to accompany people in becoming disciples of Christ!

REGION: Our Lady of Fatima Family of Parishes is in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (NW-6 region) under the leadership of pastor, Fr. La Salle High School is seeking a Dean of Academics for the 2026–27 school year. The Dean of Academics serves as a key leader in advancing the Lasallian mission by ensuring a rigorous, relevant, and student-centered academic experience. Through collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to excellence, the Dean oversees curriculum, instruction, faculty development, and academic systems that support the holistic formation of young men. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the administrative leadership team, advancing the Catholic and Lasallian mission while modeling the school’s core values and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and brotherhood.
  • Provide vision and leadership for the academic program, including curriculum design, instructional practices, and assessment systems that promote high levels of student achievement and engagement.
  • Develop and implement long-term academic planning, including course pathways (college-prep, honors, CCP, and CTE) aligned with student needs, college readiness, and career opportunities.
  • Oversee and support faculty through coaching, evaluation, and professional development, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and instructional innovation.
  • Utilize student and institutional data to inform decision-making, monitor progress, and drive continuous academic improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment with state standards, Diocesan expectations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Oversee academic operations, including master scheduling, student records, grading systems, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with student support services to ensure effective interventions and support for diverse learners.
  • Promote experiential and personalized learning opportunities, including internships, CCP partnerships, and real-world applications.
  • Engage families, students, and community partners to support academic programming, enrollment efforts, and school growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree required in Curriculum and Instruction or Administration
  • Valid (or eligible) Ohio administrative license/certification
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in education; prior leadership experience and work in curriculum preferred
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional best practices, and assessment
  • Experience with faculty supervision, coaching, and evaluation preferred
  • Ability to analyze data and lead strategic academic initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and lead in a dynamic school environment
  • Commitment to fostering a rigorous, supportive, and mission-centered academic culture
  • Completion of Safe Parish
  • Catholic preferred
