1 | Word of Life

This month’s WORD OF LIFE highlights the beautiful vocation of motherhood and the gift of life.  It includes the MOTHERS DAY ACTION GUIDE, a full reflection on ST. FRANCIS, VISIONARY OF LIFE, and a Saint of the Month reflection on ST. DAMIEN OF MOLOKAI. As always, the issue includes weekly intercessions for life, bulletin inserts, and more!  Available in ENGLISH and SPANISH.

2 | Novena for Life 

The NOVENA FOR LIFE begins on May 22nd and ends the day before the Feast of the Visitation on May 31st. This feast commemorates the Blessed Mother’s visit to her cousin Elizabeth, and the encounter Jesus and John the Baptist had while in the wombs of their mothers.  The Respect Life novena is in honor of this feast. Available in English and Spanish.

3 | iVote Catholic Leader Launch 2026

Join us virtually on May 7 to explore this important resource for parish leaders to help their parishioners form consciences for faithful citizenship, especially as we approach this fall’s general election. We’ll walk through the IVOTECATHOLIC WEBSITE, show you how to utilize the resources in your social media, preaching, teaching, and other parish ministries. 4 | No Cross the Bridge for Life in 2026

After two decades the annual Cross the Bridge for Life event has officially come to a close. Each year on the first weekend of June, thousands of participants filled the Purple People Bridge, crossing between states in a symbolic and prayerful demonstration of unity, hope and commitment to life. The planning team cited upcoming reconstruction at the event site and additional uncertainties surrounding future logistics as key factors in the decision to discontinue the event.
