The Director of Evangelization is responsible for supervising and managing the Evangelization Team at Sacred Heart / St. Ann Family of Parishes.

The Evangelization Team is responsible for all efforts of accompanying youth, adults, and families throughout the Process of Evangelization so that the parish is creating missionary disciples.  The Director of Evangelization must be able under the authority of the Pastor to articulate and implement a clear vision / mission for Evangelization of parents, youth, staff, and parishioners.

This Director will manage the musical resources of our Family of Parishes, developing consistently robust musical programs for our increasingly dynamic atmosphere.

The Community of the Good Shepherd is looking to hire a part-time weekend maintenance person. The selected candidate will work a total of 16 hours between Saturday and Sunday. The person in this position should have basic knowledge of plumbing and janitorial needs. The duties of this person include room set up, being visible to the front office staff during Masses to address any needs that may arise, and to provide janitorial services for the parish. Entry level maintenance experience is required. Employees are subject to the Archdiocese Child Protection guidelines. Pay will be commensurate on qualifications and the duties required for this position.

  • Responsible for the timely development and distribution of all print, electronic and event materials. This includes a weekly church bulletin, event flyers, electronic newsletter, website updates and timely social media posts.
  • Responsible for the development of the parish and school website while maintaining consistent quality messaging and content.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing an overarching strategy and message that will reach targeted individuals and/or groups in the parishes and community at large.

Preferred Qualifications:

St. Francis de Sales Parish in Lebanon, OH seeks a Music Director\Organist. The Music Director position is supervised by the pastor. The director is responsible for the overall execution of the parish’s music program in line with applicable Church documents. The director plans and executes music for all weekend Masses, Wednesday School Mass, funerals/weddings and all major feast day services throughout the year. Additional responsibilities include scheduling cantors and recruiting, developing and directing both the adult and children’s choirs. The director holds choir practice once per week in the evening. Candidate should be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. Bilingual skills a plus. Experience in a parish a plus. Position could be part-time or full-time depending on the needs of the parish and skills/abilities of the applicant.
