Position Overview
Corryville Catholic School is seeking two energetic, flexible, and student-centered Full-Time Building Substitute Teachers to join our team for the upcoming school year. Building substitutes are valued members of our faculty who provide consistent instructional and behavioral support throughout the school. Unlike day-to-day substitute positions, building substitutes report to work every school day and serve in a variety of classrooms and support roles as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide classroom instruction in the absence of the regular teacher.

Kindergarten Aide /Part-time: This part-time position requires 18.5 hours a week, scheduled Monday through Friday mornings. The minimum requirement for this role is a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience working with young children is preferred but not required. In this role, the aide provides instructional and classroom support by working with individual students or small groups to reinforce foundational early reading, phonics, math, and fine motor skills. They assist in preparing learning materials, setting up activities, organizing centers, and maintaining a positive, orderly environment. Additionally, the aide ensures student well-being and safety by helping the teacher supervise and monitor students during lunch and recess.
