Ursuline Academy seeks an Assistant Director of Enrollment to support the enrollment process.  This position reports to the Director of Enrollment.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Support Shadow Days
  • Serve as Co-Moderator of UAU, Ursuline’s student ambassador program
  • Provide consistent and responsive engagement with prospective families
  • Assist in coordination of all admissions special events, including managing attendance and event setup
  • Assist in processing applications and application materials
  • Demonstrate confidentiality when handling admission and enrollment matters
  • Oversee creation and implementation of summer programs
  • Actively participate in the Ursuline community, supporting events both in and out of admissions throughout the year

 Requirements: 

Must be committed to supporting, implementing, and modeling Ursuline’s mission and core values.  Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Position requires coordination and attendance at events that are outside of a typical workday as the admissions cycle requires.

In this role, the director of stewardship strives to develop a parish (church and school) culture that recognizes stewardship as a way of life. This position provides vision and leadership to successfully implement a comprehensive stewardship plan that focuses on formation and promotion of the spirituality of stewardship and stewardship-related initiatives, inviting parishioners to share their gifts of time, talent, and treasure within the parish and overall life of the Church.

Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of three years’ experience in secular or church development and stewardship or related non-profit experience preferred.

The Coordinator of Youth Faith Formation serves the St. Mary Magdalene Family (St. Andrew, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, & St. Andrew) by managing our Family of Faith program, sacramental preparation for First Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation, and helping students through the OCIA program.   Must be a Catholic in good standing. Bachelor’s Degree in religious studies, sacramental theology, or pastoral ministry is preferred. Experience in parish ministry, especially in the areas of youth catechesis or sacramental preparation is key.  Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable networking and building relationships with volunteers and paid staff. 

Requires evening and weekend hours.

We seek an experienced Database Manager to manage information, perform data analysis and help us level up in terms of data and automation.  This integral position is responsible for the organization’s alumni and donor CRM and oversees data quality and integrity, constituent records, gift entry, data analysis, and other donor support functions.  This position reports to the Vice President of Development and Relations and works closely with the Advancement & Finance teams.
