Director of Evangelization needed to help a family of three parishes become more rooted in the Holy Spirit and directed toward missionary discipleship. The basic vision for the parish is a melding of two approaches, Fr. James Mallon’s Divine Renovation and Sherry Weddell’s Forming Intentional Disciples. Applicants must walk in the Spirit of God as well as have 1) some experience that would lead toward evangelization and directing others in evangelization & 2) some personal commitment that he or she can articulate that compels him/her to seek this position. While the Archdiocesan job description is a rough outline, we fully expect the position will evolve as the Family of Parishes comes together and the melding of the two approaches takes physical form.
