St. Clare Parish is seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time Administrative Assistant position in the parish office. The Administrative Assistant provides receptionist, secretarial, clerical, record-keeping and other general services to the parish staff.
The applicant must have excellent customer service skills, good computer skills with experience using various Microsoft Office programs, and good communication, organizational and record-keeping skills. The applicant must have the ability to prioritize and to be flexible, and must maintain confidentiality at all times. Previous experience working in a parish office is desired, but not required.
