Saint Ursula Academy, located in East Walnut Hills, is a Catholic, college-preparatory, secondary school for young women started by the Ursuline Sisters of Cincinnati.

We are seeking a Facilities Manager who will report to the VP of Facilities and Project Management. This is a full time, 12 month position whose availability to respond to campus emergencies outside of normal business hours is needed. The individual will supervise the maintenance staff and third party contracts, manage campus events, and have primary responsibility for the overall operation of all campus facilities and grounds.  The Facilities Manager will coordinate with the VP of Facilities and Project Management the Principal and President to provide the safest and most secure environment for students, faculty, and staff.

A minimum of eight years’ experience in a school facility or maintenance trade, including at least five years as a Facility Manager (supervisory), is required.  Physical requirements of the position include significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, climbing ladders, use of tools, and being able to withstand a variety of environmental conditions.

Salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience. Robust benefit package includes medical, dental and vision insurance benefits, 403(b) retirement plan with a 6% employer contribution after 24 months of service, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 23 paid holidays with additional time allotted for sick days, and a $50,000 life insurance policy with access to additional voluntary life for the employee, spouse and dependents. Tuition remission is provided for the employee’s daughter(s) attending Saint Ursula Academy incrementally up to 100% (after 5 years of service). St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish is seeking candidates to apply for the position of COORDINATOR OF YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY.   

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position, under the supervision of the Pastoral Associate for Evangelization and Catechesis.  The Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry aims to attract youth and young adults to a life-giving encounter with Jesus through personal witness, effective teaching, community building, and discipleship-making.  The coordinator will demonstrate a thorough understanding of John Paul II’s Theology of the Body, and be able to transmit it and the Church’s teachings in a way that is both richly informative and deeply transformative. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

· Recruit, train and mentor youth and young adult leaders, as well as core team volunteers, to implement the eight components of youth ministry as found in Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry, USCCB, 1997
· Schedule, plan and lead weekly and seasonal youth and young adult events throughout the year
· Create, guide, and/or lead youth and young adult retreats
· Organize trips to local, diocesan, national and international youth and young adult events
· Submits, manages, and maintains a budget for youth and young adult ministry
· All other things deemed necessary by the supervisor or pastor

Preferred Qualifications:

· Active member of a Catholic Parish
· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies, Theology, Religious Education, or related field
· Certificate in Youth Ministry from a diocese or National Association of Catholic Youth Ministry Leaders
· Previous, relevant experience

Candidate must hold a valid driver’s license (or be eligible for one).  Before starting the position, the coordinator must be fingerprinted, complete a background check, and be enrolled and/or current with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati SafeParish child protection training.

The Jesuit Spiritual Center, a Catholic retreat center, in Milford, Ohio seeks post-graduate students interested in pursuing ministry. This is a 1–2 year paid internship working as a member of the Youth Ministry team.

Interns live in community on the grounds of the Center in the renovated historic Rock House. They will develop skills in retreat ministry including planning, preparing, and facilitating youth retreats, leading small and large group activities.

Interns will also have the opportunity to make the 19th Annotation of the Spiritual Exercises, receive spiritual formation, attend professional conferences, and gain business experience, particularly in the operations of a non-profit organization.

The Department of Communication & Evangelization in the Center for the New Evangelization of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking an Associate Director for Hispanic Evangelization.

The Associate Director for Hispanic Evangelization promotes and safeguards the teaching mission of the Church and exercises this teaching authority as delegated by the Archbishop. The Associate Director is expected to develop a strong understanding of the Hispanic Catholic communities across the archdiocese and build productive, collaborative relationships within those. The Associate Director works as a member of the Hispanic Evangelization Team under the direction of the Managing Director in providing diocesan oversight for Hispanic ministries in parishes, advocacy for the needs of the Hispanic community, and formation and certification of Hispanic leaders.
