Seeking to create a full-time position for an applicant with strong knowledge of the Catholic Faith and a passion to share it. The primary responsibility for this individual will be taking the lead on our RCIA(OCIA) program, which has brought approximately thirty people into the Church at the Easter Vigil each of the past two years.

In addition to RCIA, we envision this candidate working closely with our Directors of Adult Evangelization and Youth Evangelization, along with the Pastor and Parochial Vicar. Our desire is to spread the Faith to the unchurched, to reintroduce the Faith to those Catholics who have drifted or practice only sporadically, and to help active parishioners fall more deeply in love with Jesus.

Creativity is valued and sought. A particular need is seeking ways to engage with school and CCD parents who may be largely disengaged from church. Reaching young adults who have fallen away or are unaffiliated, such as through “Theology on Tap” or similar events, are among many other options we would love to explore.
