St. John Neumann Parish is looking for a full-time General Manager which combines the roles of Office Manager and Business Manager. This role performs a variety of tasks including secretarial and administrative duties of the Parish Office, responsibility for the overall efficient operation of the office, administrates support of the Pastor’s responsibilities to the parish, and is a steward of the financial, physical, and personnel resources of the parish, as well as providing day-to-day operational support and fiscal oversight.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and skill of computers and programs.
- Must have a good, positive, and helpful working relationships. Effective communication skills.
- Two plus years of Accounting knowledge and experience, including budget preparation.
- Practicing Catholic.
