This month Bob talks with our new Chaplain for Deaf MInistry, Fr. Charles Onumaegbu. Fr. Charles was born in Nigeria as the youngest of 11 children, but spent time in the Phillipines as well as Rome, becoming fluent in Tagalog, Italian, American Sign Language and even Italian Sign Language (ISL). Including his native Nigerian lanfguage and English, he is fluent in 5 languages!
