1 | Word of Life
This month’s WORD OF LIFE focuses on the theme of defending and promoting life, especially where it is vulnerable or threatened. Specifically, it highlights the importance of religious liberty and the role of fathers in welcoming God’s gift of new life. Resources will be made available to help the faithful pray, reflect, and take action on these issues, both domestically and internationally. As always, there is also a SPANISH version available.
2 | Father’s Day Action Guide
The Father’s Day Action Guide includes simple steps, sample intercessions, homily helps, and an activity to help your parish honor fathers and highlight their importance in building a culture of life. The activity can be done together as a parish or at home.
3 | Celebrate Life Conference
In answer to an overwhelming call for unity “for such a time as this,” the Pro-Life Women’s Conference and National Sidewalk Advocacy Conference have combined to create the Celebrate Life Conference. This conference will unite pro-life women and men to celebrate, collaborate, and strategize for the protection of preborn children and to make abortion unthinkable in our culture. Bob talks with Dr. Joe Zalot about In-Vitro Fertilization, the theological and ethical problems with the process, and what help there is for couples facing infertility that are not only ethical, but more effective and less costly.
